Japanese writer and consultant based in the Netherlands. Graduated from Keio University, history major. After serving as a securities analyst at a think tank, I studied Chinese history at People's University of China in Beijing on a scholarship from the Ministry of Education. Then I worked as an economic reporter in China, Malaysia, Singapore, and in Japan. Since 2004, I have lived in the Netherlands.
Via various Japanese online media, magazines, radio and podcast, I emit information about the Netherlands. My main focuses are; innovation, education, and the lifestyle. In 2020, I published a book "Niksen on weekends (Do Nothing on weekends)" introducing the relaxation methods and lifestyle of the Dutch people.
Since 2018, I have also been working as an advisor for the province of Brabant in the south of the Netherlands, supporting the connection between industry, government, and academia between Japan and the Netherlands.
